Your first session will feel different from the rest. We will spend most of this session going over what therapy will look like and gathering information about what has brought you here.

We will collaborate together to create a treatment plan with goals that are unique to you and the experiences that have brought you to therapy.

Ongoing Sessions
We will continually check in and monitor progress. It can be difficult to say how many sessions are needed to achieve your goals, so this stays an ongoing conversation between you and your therapist.
